Reporting to the Head of Product in our London HQ, you’ll become an expert in our global campaign delivery platform and handle product support and troubleshooting for the US operation, contribute to planning and evolving product strategy.

As the Product Management lead in NY, you will be the first port of call for customer queries, as well as escalating feature requests.

Operations

The role involves supporting the UK ops team in campaign management, compiling reports for clients and helping to deliver kick-ass campaigns. You will also be assisting the ops team in general duties, analysing campaign statistics and identifying new trends and developments in social video.

Media

This role is all about helping to build our extensive publisher network, identifying key environments, and working closely with the publisher services team to develop our reach. You will also be creating collateral to educate the sales team and campaign management team about new media opportunities and processes. You will be a main point of contact for Unruly campaign managers, and will be working with them to develop processes and relationships as Unruly continues to grow.
