Check whether the campaign is targeted at certain countries. A UK targeted campaign only pays out on UK views, so you won’t earn anything for views that occur outside the UK. Only global campaigns pay out for every view.

It’s also possible that the campaign has expired. If the campaign is grayed out when you log in, it’s run out of budget. Unless the advertiser tops up their account, that’s your lot!
