Search the FAQ for entries containing:
The embed codes for our campaigns use Javascript. Most social networking sites and some hosted blogging services don’t support Javascript in blog entries or profile pages, notably AOL Journals, LiveJournal, MySpace, Windows Live Spaces, WordPress.com and Yahoo! 360.
However, we know that you can quickly and easily post Wildfire videos on the following services:
- Blip.no
- Blogger / Blogspot. When posting a blog entry, switch to ‘Edit Html’ view, then paste the embed code into the blog entry
- MovableType.
- Splinder.
- Tumblr. Select ‘Add a New Video’ then paste the embed code into the space where it says ‘Video URL or Embed-tag’.
- TypePad. When posting a blog entry switch to ‘Edit HTML’ mode then paste the embed code into the post body.
- Vox. When posting a blog entry insert an ‘Embed’ item and paste the embed code into the space where it says ‘Widget Code’.
- Web-Log.nl
- WordPress.org (self-hosted). When posting a blog entry, switch to ‘Code’ view and paste the embed code into the body of the post. (Tested in WordPress 2.2.1).
If you are having trouble posting a video on one of the above services - or if you know something we don’t! - please give us a shout.
