Yes. But you may not earn a lot.

If a campaign is targeted at the UK and your site reaches a predominantly US audience, you’re unlikely to qualify for any posting fee. You won’t make much money for driving views either, because a campaign targeted at the UK will only pay out for views that occur in  the UK.

If you have a very large US site that happens to have a sizable UK audience, too, then it may still be worth your while.

Alternatively, if you have an adserver that enables you to geotarget, you could consider geotargeting a UK campaign to just your UK readers.
