Before founding Unruly Media in 2006, he was CEO of Connextra, a venture-backed UK ad serving and online analytics firm, which he led to trade sale in 2005. He holds an MA from Cambridge and a BPhil from Oxford, both in philosophy, and previously did short spells in the House of Commons and at McKinsey & Co. He is Sagittarius and over 1cm tall.

Matt, 30, leads Unruly Media's development team and is one of the UK's most experienced practitioners of eXtreme Programming (XP). Before co-founding Unruly Media he held senior positions at Connextra, one of the longest-running XP projects in the world, and Krescendo. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Canterbury.

Sarah Wood

Sarah, 35, looks after Unruly Media's growing network of publishers. She has been writing and working with authors and publishers for years. She holds an MA from Cambridge and a PhD from UCL, both in the field of American literature, and is currently writing a novel about Pennsylvania's 1793 Yellow Fever epidemic. Before co-founding Unruly Media, she was a Lecturer and Leverhulme Fellow at Sussex University.

Tim, 30, is a seasoned Java developer and accomplished user interaction designer. Previously a senior developer at Krescendo, Tim holds a BSc in Computer Science from Leicester, and does a good line in Bond villainy.

Matt, 25, joined us after completing his MSc in Computer Science at Birmingham. He also holds a BSc in Mathematics from Sheffield and is the company's best juggler.

Jon, 32, is responsible for accounts within WPP. He has nine years experience of agency sales and business development, with previous positions at Diss, Bilco and TNT.

Lindsey Mountford

Lindsey, 25, is responsible for Omnicom and Isobar accounts. She previously held media sales positions at Dennis Publishing, Ad2One and UKNetGuide, wrote her dissertation on Bridget Jones's Diary while reading for a BA in English at Leicester, and has been blogging away since the dawn of time i.e. 2000. Lindsey also knows a lot of Italian curses, a few in Japanese, and bakes killer muffins.

Scar, 20, works with our publishers and seeders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. She speaks French and German, is currently reading for a PhD in psychology at Oxford, and, in the rest of her spare time, she runs an art gallery, is a freelance proofreader and translator, and a MySpace/Facebook junkie.

Vivian Wagner

Vivian, 24, works with our publishers and seeders on campaign delivery. A native German speaker, she has worked as a ballet dancer for ten years in the Badisches Staatstheater, holds a BA in Media Studies Television Production from the University of Westminster and is currently studying for an MBA in Heidelberg.
