We prefer videos encoded to the following specification.
- Video format: MPEG4
- Video encoding: H.264
- File extension: .mp4
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 (N.B. Please do not add black padding to the video. We will pad the video with black borders as necessary to fit all site placements, i.e. we will automatically adjust widescreen content to fit 4:3 aspect ratio placements as necessary)
- Recommended bitrate: 600kbs or better
- Recommended resolution: 854x480 pixels
We don't take raw DV footage!
Max file size is 2GB, though that'll be kinda slow...
