We were this week named in the Sunday Times as one of the Top 100 Best Companies To Work For.
Unruly finished 27th in our first year on the highly prestigious list - a huge honour.
Dominic O'Connell, Business Editor of The Sunday Times, said: "I congratulate all the companies which made this year's list.
"You have set a benchmark against which everyone else would be measured. They [companies on the list] are the engine room of the British economy, from which the Britain's recovery will flow."
With 524 firms registering to take part, it is the most comprehensive survey of its kind in the UK.
Unruly was invited to the Best Companies To Work For Annual Dinner last Wednesday to celebrate our inclusion.
But what made Unruly stand out? Co-founder and CTO, Matt Cooke, says it's Unruly's unique culture.
He said: "It's very collaborative and social. We aren't dictating - we are inclusive, and small things make a big difference, like a big kitchen."
Christian d'Ippolito, Group Head of International Sales agrees. He said: "There's this energy in the company that makes everything...there's a particular culture here, a tight sense of community and it's a lot of fun."
